Last updated: February 9, 2026. These Terms govern your use of Advisora.online and related services.

1. Scope of services

Advisora provides instant digital access to green energy research, renewable portfolio analysis, ESG compliance advisory and subscription reports for institutional and professional users. Services include report downloads, interactive dashboards and model outputs. Access is granted subject to these Terms and any subscription agreement presented at purchase. Pricing and delivery terms are shown on the site and during checkout.

2. Subscriptions, payment and delivery

Subscriptions are billed in USD or EUR and processed by Stripe. Payment authorizations are processed by Stripe and Advisora stores billing metadata and invoice records for compliance and accounting. Digital content is delivered immediately upon successful payment. Users are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information. Refunds and cancellations are handled as described below.

3. 30-day guarantee and refunds

Advisora offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee for eligible subscription services initiated on the platform. To request a refund within 30 days, contact [email protected] with proof of purchase. Refunds exclude third-party processing fees where those fees are non-refundable. We may require verification to prevent abuse. Refunds are subject to reasonable review and a decision will be provided within a standard business timeframe.

4. No financial advice — MiFID II alignment

All content provided by Advisora is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute investment advice, a recommendation, an offer or solicitation to buy or sell financial instruments. Our content complies with MiFID II standards that require clarity on advice status and suitability. Users must not rely solely on our materials for investment decisions and should consult qualified professional advisors before making investment choices. Advisora is not responsible for investment outcomes based on user reliance on our outputs.

5. ESG data accuracy and limitations

ESG scores, carbon metrics and scenario outputs are derived from public sources, vendor data and proprietary models. While we apply quality controls and validation, ESG datasets are subject to model risk, data latency and varying disclosure practices by issuers. Results are indicative and should be treated as one input among others. Advisora disclaims liability for losses resulting from incomplete or inaccurate third-party data, model assumptions or user misinterpretation.

6. Intellectual property and use restrictions

All reports, dashboards, models and website content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased materials for internal analysis. Redistribution, resale, public posting or commercial sharing requires prior written permission from Advisora. Violations may result in termination, legal action and recovery of damages.

7. Termination and suspension

Advisora may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, unlawful activity or security concerns. Upon termination, licensed access to reports may cease and outstanding fees remain payable. Users may cancel subscriptions in accordance with the subscription terms; cancellation does not automatically result in refunds beyond the 30-day guarantee described above.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Advisora and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our services. Our aggregate liability for direct damages is limited to amounts paid by the user for the relevant services during the preceding 12 months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or other liabilities that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The parties will first seek to resolve disputes through good faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to international arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed forum, such as the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, or another neutral arbitration body. Users agree that interim injunctive relief may be sought in local courts when necessary to protect rights or sensitive data. This dispute resolution clause does not prevent emergency relief in competent courts where required.
